Multiball, no-scrap filler with overlay. The flat film roll, thanks to the “tie” system, completely wraps the product by welding the two flaps above or below (depending on the application). The motorized welded bar welds and cuts front and back. It can be managed by touch-screen to allow any operator to change format immediately and easily.

Mechanical or more automated version with electronic movements. It can be equipped with different stacking or grouping systems (stacker, diverter etc..). The filler is suitable for plastic products packaging, polystyrene, tissue, EPS, single or multipack.

The sawing machine cuts the logs to the required length. The cut rolls then pass to the packaging machines.

Cartesian palletizers offer multiple installation possibilities and applications within the end line.

They are great for handling and positioning boxes, bags, bundles, packages, boxes, rolls and, moreover, they provide an extremely functional solution for palletizing and depalletizing even of medium and reduced production volumes, always ensuring accuracy and speed. Designed to wrap light, unstable and easily deformable loads with high efficiency.

The machine with rotating arm wraps the pallets passing with the pre-stretch trolley around them and ensuring the stability of the same without putting them in rotation. Its very robust structure guarantees all the components connected a very long life. Its electrical wiring passes mostly inside the tubular structure preserving the cables from accidental impacts. All this results in almost no need for maintenance and very high efficiency over time.
